What to expect during a massage session
When you arrive for your massage, you’ll first be welcomed into a calm and relaxing environment. Before the session begins, you will have a private consultation with your therapist to discuss your preferences, any areas of concern, and what you hope to achieve from the massage. This ensures that your experience is tailored to your needs.
You will then be given time to change in a private space. While massage is typically performed on bare skin to allow for effective techniques, you are encouraged to keep on as much clothing as you feel comfortable with. The therapist will provide draping to ensure you are adequately covered at all times throughout the session, preserving your comfort.
Remember to remove any jewelry and watches before the massage begins, as this will help you relax and allow the therapist to work without distractions.
Your therapist will knock on the door before entering the treatment room, ensuring your privacy is respected at all times.
If at any point during the session you would like an adjustment to the draping, the massage, the temperature, needing a bathroom break, or even just a clarification, please speak up and I will be happy to accommodate with anything, the important part is your comfort and getting as much as you can out of your session.
