BodyBliss Massage Therapy
Hi! My name is Romy, I am a registered massage therapist.
My goal is to provide quality therapeutic massage at affordable prices with attention and care. I am located in Tiohtià:ke/ Montreal,in the Plateau, a 15 minute walk from metro Mont Royal. I’m a member of AMQ and I can issue insurance receipts.
My practice welcomes all people, and is specifically body positive, trans\queer, and SW’er inclusive.
The techniques I offer are:
Therapeutic Swedish massage
A technique performed on a table, with the use of oil or gel to glide on the skin. Therapeutic as it is relaxing, helps to tonify & relax muscles, aids in circulation, settles down the nervous system. Good for stress relief, pain relief, increased mobility, fatigue, insomnia, etc.
Cupping
A technique using silicone cups, either static or gliding, which uses decompressive force to help bring circulation, release muscle tension, relax the nervous system. Good for increasing range of motion, sports injuries, muscle tension, & more.
Deep Tissue massage
A deep, targeted technique in which the therapists sink through the layers of tissues to separate adhered muscles and access deep areas of tension. Good for pain relief, injury rehabilitation, etc.
Foot Reflexology
A foot massage which targets the reflex zones and acupoints of the foot. Great for hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, anxiety, etc.

“★★★★★
Romy’s attention to detail was excellent. Romy took the time to understand the issues I was dealing with and committed their efforts to resolving them. I was interested in both cupping and therapeutic massage services and Romy found a way to incorporate both into our session. Communication was great. Would definitely recommended.”
